Derry O’Neill Derry is a dynamic and effective Business Change and Procurement Director with 20 years' experience of leading and managing a broad portfolio of projects within Central and Local Government, the National Health Service, Ministry of Defence and the private sector. A former Programme Director with KPMG, Derry supports his clients to design, lead and deliver strategic and operational initiatives. Prior to KPMG, Derry held procurement management roles at Nissan and Siemens. |

Vincent O’Neill MBE MSc MA Prior to joining UK Public Sector, Vincent spent 20 years in senior operational command roles in the British Army, including many with the Special Air Service. Vincent is a highly effective leader, motivator and communicator, with proven success of Programme Development and Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Business Systems Review across Defence, Security and Government sectors. Vincent leads UKPS command and control, security and security programmes. He is a research Fellow to the University of Glasgow Centre for Health, Environment, Risk and Resilience and is a member of the UK's Risk and Security Management Forum. |
